Sullivan represented the San Antonio Fire and Police Pension Fund, a $3 billion fund, in the purchase of its new headquarters location. The firm was subsequently awarded the property management and leasing contracts, as well as the exclusive sales contract for the fund's former headquarters.

Sullivan represented GFCU, the fifth-largest credit union in San Antonio, in the sale of their previous downtown headquarters. The firm also negotiated the lease of GFCU's new 22,975-sqaure-foot headquarters and retail branch at the SWBC Tower.

West Pointe North
264+ acre multiuse land tract located on Galm Road, adjacent to Westover Hills. Sullivan negotiated the sale of 193+ acres to a residential land developer for multi-phase takedown purchase. The firm also negotiated the assemblage and acquisition of the original 3,200 acres known as the Village at West Pointe, beginning in 1998 — the most prime development property in San Antonio and across South & Central Texas.
