    San Antonio Fire & Police Pension Fund

    Sullivan represented the San Antonio Fire and Police Pension Fund, a $3 billion fund, in the purchase of its new headquarters location. The firm was subsequently awarded the property management and leasing contracts, as well as the exclusive sales contract for the fund's former headquarters.
