264+ acre multiuse land tract located on Galm Road, adjacent to Westover Hills. Sullivan negotiated the sale of 193+ acres to a residential land developer for multi-phase takedown purchase. The firm also negotiated the assemblage and acquisition of the original 3,200 acres known as the Village at West Pointe, beginning in 1998 — the most prime development property in San Antonio and across South & Central Texas.
