West Pointe East

Sullivan assisted in civil engineering planning, entitlement process, utility planning, incentives and construction of a three-mile roadway. The firm successfully negotiated several land sales to residential land developers, with additional contract negotiations pending. Sullivan also led the assemblage/acquisition of the original 3,200 acres known as the Village at West Pointe, beginning in 1998 — regarded as some of the most prime development property in San Antonio and across South and Central Texas.
