Langdon Tract
Prime residential development tract located on Evans Road in northern Bexar County totaling approximately 186 acres. Sullivan was able to help the Langdon family understand the impact of challenges to the tract and assisted the family in establishing a realistic top-of-the-market price. The property was successfully contracted and closed. Sullivan assisted one of the owners in identifying and closing on a Kerr County ranch for a 1031 exchange.
